Sweet

This is sooooo a series asking to be made... a whole terms worth of die-ary entries...

t3h-m4tt responds:

Yeah, I'm workin' on that.

Yes!!

Every now and then we see a totally originl flash. This was very well executed as well. Thanks for reminding me why I still bother watching stuff in the portal!

ZekeySpaceyLizard responds:

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

here's the thing

this is pretty good. funny, well animated... but the problem is it's just too similar. i know you warned us, and i'm sure the site has evolved, blah blah blah. doesn't change the fect that this is a rip-off. so sadly, any value it may have is lost. it's just the way of the world ma.... way of the world

JKR responds:

Ok well, thanks for the input anyway. Don't worry, I won't submit any more Mailbag's here to NG. Just fresh new stuff like the S+F Review of the Increddibles and the things I've done for Shades of. Thanks again for the comments!

This is ok,

Not everyone can get even some of your symbolism. To be honest it's not that clear to me either. And your artwork by itself doesn't hold up as eye candy. To really make a successful flash in this style your visuals have to be stunning so the people who aren't all that deep can like it too. Keep up the work tho, you're on to something.

Cyrus-Dragon responds:

The whole point of this movie was to make viewers actually think about what they're watching. Thus, I purposely gave it a look/style that is different from the average flash. Anyone unwilling to think about something because of how it looks is beyond possible hope. However, you seem to be on the clinging edge. Perhaps if you watch it some more and try to think of what it means, maybe you'll catch on.

Man

That was some tainted guiness. And why do flash animators insist on blasting my ear drums? Anyways, decent job.

biblo responds:

Heh heh heh thanks

hmm

Just to play devils advocate...
Major record companies pay musicians pennies on the dollar for CD sales. But filesharing pays them nothing at all. How do you suggest people get paid for their work? Just curious cuz i haven't heard a good sollution yet.

ArtistJ responds:

filesharing networks atempt to put major record lables out of buisness. The major label system is the biggest barrier to musicians making money off CDs. Major label artists only start getting their tiny share of royalties (5-10%) once they've sold over 500,000 units. Independent musicians can get a bigger cut, but thanks to major label payola they can't get on the radio and won't reach a large audience.

All the things the majors do to manipulate the music business cost money. Millions of dollars in payola, 8 figure executive salaries, poor choices of new artists, overpriced studios--this money comes from musicians and fans, but benefits neither. If we cut out the waste, fans will be able to support more musicians while spending less.

It was good

...but i'm just wondering how pist off those 2 goths would be if they knew their story was set to Third Eye Blind.

Dark-Boy responds:

Lol very ture.

So lemme get this straight...

Toxic waste brings people back as the undead. And this happens everyday, so this guy is always killing zombies? Me needy more plot development.

stesk8 responds:

okay, it was a bit crappy. Watch number two. Its got voices now.

It's like a mind puzzle... an awesome mind puzzle!!
